After running RTOs (Registered Training Organisations) that specialised in the training of real estate agents for licensing purposes in all States and Territories of Australia, and in New Zealand, Tony Rowe has “hung out the shingle” to offer compliance and training advice to real estate businesses and individuals.
Based on extensive experience over nearly 20 years as the training manager and/or CEO of those RTOs, and combined with (again) almost 20 years as a senior high school teacher before that, Tony is uniquely placed to ensure the advice is consistent with the legislative requirements in each jurisdiction in Australia.
Once described as the “Mr Wikipedia of real estate”, Tony knows his way around the industry training requirements, and is well-known for “telling it as it is”.
If he doesn’t know the answer to a question, he knows where to get that answer. He has extensive contacts across the industry, and is able to connect with a wide variety of coaches, mentors, industry thought-leaders, and “on-the-ground-and-in-the-game” trainers – to make sure the information you get is current, accurate and compliant.
Being fiercely “independent”, Tony is not tied to any franchise group, industry association, or regulator, and this allows industry-wide access to solutions that meet the specific needs of the individual agent or agency. He is able to deliver a service that truly meets those needs, and he does not just pay lip-service to that concept of a tailored solution.
